ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS OF PARTNERSHIP
Integration With Your Staff – We provide two dedicated points of contact who are committed to understanding your business goals, prioritizing your research needs, and integrating seamlessly into your workflow. Each Hanover client is served by one Relationship Director and one Content Director to ensure the quality of the partnership across the course of the contract term. The Content Director Director manages all project lifecycle activities from initiation to completion. The Relationship Director provides proactive client service, helping to implement findings and engage internal stakeholders.
Quarterly Consultations – We feel strongly that it is incumbent upon us to ensure that every client draws optimum return from their Market Insight Center partnership. For this reason, it is routine to conference with each client on a quarterly basis to review their usage for the prior quarter and discuss what they are working on and how Hanover might assist. These calls may be attended by as many internal constituencies as a member likes.
On-Call Project Support – Market Insight Center researchers are on-call to assist with difficult or last-minute internal research initiatives. Common quick-turnaround projects: Executive briefs detailing the impact of breaking industry news, talking points for meetings, and last minute editing of proposals or marketing materials.
