As a senior research advisor at Hanover Research, Amy brings over 20 years of education and work history which combine to form a unique mix of both the business and higher education worlds. Amy is passionate about applying a mixed-methodological approach to higher education research and using data to tell a meaningful story. Her present work in higher education focuses largely on the unique challenges faced by community colleges; branding and creating an integrated marketing strategy; and helping institutions address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion – particularly focusing on the impact of inclusion and belonging on student mental health.

“The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the impact of our work on our clients, their students, and their communities. If we can help our partners improve the life of just one student, our efforts have been worthwhile.”
