Our Sales and Account Management teams contribute to growing the business by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, securing new clients, and managing and creating value for existing client accounts.

Our teams are specialized by sector with dedicated groups serving Corporate, K-12 Education, and Higher Education organizations. We support success across the Sales and Account Management process with active demand generation and inbound promotion strategies, live and virtual events, client success stories and testimonials, tenured managers and coaches, and our award-winning sales training program.

Initial outreach

Business Development Associates identify and schedule consultative meetings with senior-level executives and determine prospective clients’ short- and long-term strategic goals.

Making the sale

Business Development Directors articulate Hanover’s value to prospective clients through consultative sales. They also coach and mentor Business Development Associates to help them progress to Senior Business Development Associates and Business Development Directors or move to our Account Management teams.

Growing the relationship

The Account Management/Client Solutions teams are charged with creating value for clients and educating them on the resources available, supporting research and grants consultations, and introducing solutions to a wide range of executives.
