To better understand what it takes for leaders to use evidence when making critical decisions, Results for America, in consultation with The Pew-MacArthur Results First Initiative, worked with The Bridgespan Group to launch a new industry report: The What Works Marketplace: Helping Leaders Use Evidence to Make Smarter Choices. Hanover played a pivotal role in the creation of this report, helping its authors understand the use and availability of information on evidence-based practices in the education sector.
Specifically, the report outlines how Hanover connects district superintendents and other administrators to research – highlighting several ways in which Hanover acts as a private advisor to support and guide K-12 decision makers through the selection and implementation of effective interventions. Hanover was identified as a resource worthy of inclusion in this report by fellow report interviewees – a testament to the value the firm provides to K-12 organizations, and a sign of our growing brand awareness throughout the education landscape.
This report is part of Results For America’s Invest in What Works Policy Series, which provides ideas and supporting research to policymakers to drive public funds toward evidence-based, results-driven solutions.
