Palo Alto Unified School District applied results from a recent Hanover strategic planning survey analysis given to parents, teachers, students, and district staff when developing its highly-praised Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The report determined that nearly 50% of district stakeholders were only somewhat satisfied with school support for under-performing students, allowing administrators to develop focused learning strategies to remedy these problems and improve responses in future surveys. Hanover will work to help the district “quantify its improvement” across a number of key district priorities.
