Arlington, VA — May 13, 2019 —Hanover Research announced it has been selected as a finalist for the 9th Annual Institute for Excellence in Sales (IES) Awards in the Sales Training award category. The award winners will be announced at the IES Award breakfast gala on May 31 at the Fairview Park Marriott in Falls Church, VA, just outside of Washington DC.

“Our sales training program has been critical to developing team members for the next steps in their sales careers, and I am thrilled that IES has chosen to recognize our program for the second year in a row,” says Vineeta Mooganur, Chief Growth Officer, Corporate Practice, Hanover Research. “Not only does our comprehensive training program help to improve our bottom line, it helps us to attract and retain the best quality sales people. We consistently hear from new sales recruits that the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the training program was a key driver in their decision to join the organization.”

“As our company has continued to grow, we know that training at every stage of the sales career lifecycle is critical to team effectiveness,” says Sid Phillips, Chief Growth Officer, Education Practice, Hanover Research. “Our sales trainings help optimize performance of staff from entry-level to leadership level. I am pleased to see the hard work and rigor of this program receive recognition as an IES Sales Excellence Awards nominee. It is a testament to the hard work the team has put into improvements across our onboarding and training processes.”

Awards will be presented in four categories recognizing sales & business development operational excellence. Partners, customers, and clients nominated this year’s winners and finalists for their leadership and vision in sales. The four categories are for Excellence in Sales Innovation, Sales Training, Sales Management, and Partnering.

“Congratulations to Hanover Research for reaching finalist status for an IES Sales Award, which recognizes sales operational excellence,” said Fred Diamond, Co-Founder and President of the IES. “The level of accomplishment that these companies exhibit as they create and deliver innovative customer-centric approaches to grow their businesses, meet customer needs, and bring valuable solutions to the market is remarkable.”
