While the full extent of COVID-19’s impact on higher education enrollment remains unknown, students who are planning to study internationally are currently expressing concern about the pandemic’s potential effect on their plans to study outside their country of residence.
To understand how students’ plans for study abroad may have shifted due to COVID-19, we surveyed 1,226 students from Brazil, China, India, Nigeria, Turkey, and Vietnam about their plans to study abroad in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and China.
