What does it take to hire and keep a diverse, inclusive workforce?
The COVID-19 pandemic has painfully exacerbated existing K-12 staffing challenges—leaving school and district leaders with a surge of shortages and teachers in distress. In this climate, it’s even more difficult to ensure districts hire and retain educators from a range of racial, ethnic, gender, ability, and age backgrounds.
