Supporting District Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Hanover’s K-12 Practice understands your concerns about the current spread of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) and its potential impact on schools. As such, we recently hosted a webinar to discuss questions about coordination, policies on closure, and impact on students’ well-being and learning.

Panelists

  • Michelle Reid (Superintendent, Northshore School District) – Michelle shares how she is coordinating efforts with local and state agencies and her leadership team to implement virtual learning in Northshore.
  • Dr. Howie Forman (Professor of Public Health [Health Policy], Management and Economics, Yale University) – Howie offers insights on how district leaders can leverage relationships with local organizations as they navigate a public health crisis.
  • Deb Kubin (Superintendent, Ukiah Unified School District) – Deb discusses her school closures and how she implemented virtual learning across her district.
