A district is launching several initiatives that require community engagement. The district community is very active and enjoys having a voice in the district’s direction. Therefore, district leadership is interested in better understanding how to leverage community participation and effectively differentiate what decisions benefit from more stakeholder engagement and what decisions to make within the district office.
To help guide the district in developing a strategy for the level of community engagement required to make a decision around different priorities, Hanover Research developed a resource guide that offers strategies and resources for district leadership to use when identifying how to engage the community and use feedback in their decision-making process. This guide aims to help the district structure community feedback and engagement for different priorities.
