Two of our top priorities for the coming year are to expand our early decision scholarship and understand untapped markets for more effective recruiting. To help work toward these goals, we partnered with Hanover after seeing significant detail regarding their deliverables. We think that Hanover’s research will identify where these priorities dovetail and where they do not. We believe that these projects are going to be integral in shaping our enrollment strategy for the next several years.
We are still exploring all of the benefits that come with a Hanover partnership. We recognize where we want our Hawkeye staff to prioritize their efforts and expertise and where an external partner can bring us solutions and information quickly, thus freeing our internal staff to continue to work on their priorities. This was integral to us deciding to work with an external partner.
Since Hawkeye opened its doors in 1966, it has focused on meeting the needs of the community, providing quality, affordable training for learners at all stages of life. First opened as Hawkeye Institute of Technology, today Hawkeye Community College serves more than 25,000 individuals and awards almost 1,500 diplomas and degrees annually.
