We decided to engage with Hanover after being impressed by their customized approach geared directly toward community colleges. They understand our work, our needs, and our constraints. In the coming year, LW Tech will use Hanover’s work to identify new instructional programs and opportunities to adjust other programs, all in an effort to better meet the needs of local business and industry. I believe Hanover’s flexible model will provide us with comprehensive qualitative and quantitative data that will allow us to make more fully informed decisions.

For others considering an external partner, it is important that the college’s needs are first and foremost, rather than a static product provided by a consultant. With limited financial and human resources, it’s important to find a true partner to assure the college’s priorities are at the forefront.
