We are trying to assess the adult learner market for the St. Charles/St. Louis area to determine the programs and certification non-traditional students need and the format in which they need them delivered. Hanover provided the most streamlined option by fulfilling the needed services in the specified time frame. I’d advise others considering external support to take into account enhanced time-to-market demands, the changing needs of the pandemic and post-pandemic landscape of higher education, and the strain on current institutional resources. Finding an advocate that can provide the external support at a good price point has become paramount. The cultures of the IHE and the external support must mesh to establish the best data-informed, decision-making environment going forward.
