The current state of America’s social environment requires all school districts to self-reflect to identify and correct any area of perceived or real bias. As such, our goals for the coming year are to gain stakeholder perceptions of how equitable and inclusive our school district is in areas like student access to advanced academics, hiring and promoting staff, discipline management, and student/family access to programs and resources.
