Strategic priorities should be informed by the landscape in which institutions work. To gain context to understand our university’s unique qualities as well as gaps that could be addressed, we wanted to conduct comprehensive environmental scans. We decided to partner with Hanover for this work due to positive client referrals and Hanover’s focus on higher education, combined with a holistic research team that could attend to the diverse needs of our faculty. We anticipate that the methodologies we employ Hanover to use will evolve along with the work, starting with environmental scans and market analyses.
