Before embarking on any external partnership, the leadership at both organizations should be sure that their goals and values align. Fortunately, we found a strong partner for our school in Hanover. We began working with Hanover because they are a leading research and analytics group that has a proven track record working effectively with a variety of schools across academia and a history of adding value for its clients. We anticipate leveraging this new relationship with Hanover to help us find opportunities and measure our success and progress related to initiatives from our new four-year strategic plan. Projects we are considering include economic impact studies, program assessments, admissions criteria analyses and employment satisfaction.
