At the UW School of Nursing, we were looking to increase the quantity and quality of our research grant proposals. We are excited for our investigators to get an outside perspective on how they can improve their proposal writing and we are interested in learning how to increase our capacity to apply for more competitive, higher-impact grants. We were drawn to Hanover because of the quality of their work and customer service, along with their breadth of expertise. For other institutions considering working with Hanover, I would recommend that they evaluate their investigators’ strengths and weaknesses to identify how an outside service could help them elevate their research capacity to the next level.
