Our college was seeking assistance to better understand our general strengths and weaknesses, niche, and our position on various metrics as compared to our peers. We saw Hanover Research as a diverse team with a depth of expertise in higher education market research that could help us leverage our strengths, develop strategies to address our weaknesses, and produce actionable intelligence to expand our mission. We were impressed with the quality and comprehensiveness of example reports provided, the professionalism of the personnel we interacted with, and the range and flexibility in services that could be provided.

In partnership with Hanover, our college hopes to better understand our market niche, identify means to reach that niche, and develop strategies to increase our competitiveness among our peers. The results of our work with Hanover will help us better understand our market position, which then allows us to strategize to improve our position, attract more talented students and faculty, and improve our impact on the community and local economy.
