We partnered with Hanover because they seemed to provide more thorough and personalized service than some of the other providers we considered. We like that Hanover provides both primary and secondary research, their flexibility on the size and type of projects, and their proactive effort to align with our current and future needs. We plan to use Hanover to help us assess several large ticket items that are part of our overall institutional growth strategy, including entering new markets or broadening current markets. As we now develop specific strategies for each item, we are working with Hanover to ensure what we do is in alignment with the market. In addition, we believe that Hanover can function as a pseudo market research arm to our marketing team.
