This December, Hanover hosted a town-hall style year in review to close out 2021 which was open to our entire member base! The Roundtable featured a live discussion with four community college presidents from across the country. These leaders reflected on lessons learned from 2021 and projected how 2022 will look within their own context and across the higher education landscape as a whole.

Hanover has been hosting a Community College Executive Roundtable series for our members since early 2020. Thus far, we have welcomed presidents, chancellors, vice-presidents, and other distinguished leaders from our 50+ community colleges and systems to come together and exchange ideas, successes, challenges, expectations, and concerns on a variety of topics including diversity and inclusion, cross-departmental collaboration, and of course the ongoing challenges of the pandemic.
