Hanover’s recent survey on a new region of the world helped provide us with the insights and information to make an important ‘go/no go’ decision. The survey results provided us with enough data to confirm that the market was neither large enough nor growing fast enough to merit the investment to expand our presence in that region of the world at this point in time. This will enable us to reallocate the investment from this initiative to other to accelerate growth with more advantageous opportunities.
